1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

1. Installation of Passenger Seat Modifications must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Modification Data Summary Number P591000, Revision A, dated October 10, 2024, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document P591070, Revision NC, dated April 22, 2024, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Operation must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document P591090, Revision NC, TCCA approved October 2, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.

4. Operate in accordance with the Limitations section of the airplane flight manual supplement identified in the Description of Type Design Change section.
