2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Installation of STC ST03399AT, ST00202MC, ST02937AT-D and ST02936AT-D are prerequisites for this STC.

4. The FAA has not certified certain mission equipment components for which the provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

5. This design approval is limited to government/military use only.

6. The lithium batteries are not installed in the 822-3347-001 VHF/UHF Radio and the 5003-5000-97 Cockpit Voice Recorder – Underwater Locator Beacon as part of the FAA approved type design.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for The Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. GV-SP aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for The Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. GV-SP series airplanes is shown on TCDS A12EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 20 September 2022, is as shown below:
