1. Removal and Maintenance of Panasonic GCS Antenna must be in accordance with Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH Engineering Order Number EFW-EO-0171-001, Rev. C, dated June 3, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Airworthiness Limitations Section Part 2 Supplement Number A330P2F-ALS-ALI-CLC-ENV, Rev. 00, dated December 1, 2021, or later EASA approved revisions.

3. Current STC shall be only applied to aircraft that have the following STCs embodied:

-FAA STC ST02884NY - Installation or Removal of a Panasonic Global Communication Suite (GCS) Antenna -FAA STC ST02923NY - Installation of a Panasonic GCS

4. Current STC shall be applied in conjunction with:

-FAA STC ST04038NY - Conversion of Passenger to Freighter Configuration

5. This STC is applicable to serial numbers as listed on Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH Engineering Order referenced in the description of type design change section of this STC.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for Airbus SAS Model A330-200 and A330-300 Series aircraft as follows:

a. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS A46NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS A46NM for parts changed or affected by the change plus the following exceptions:
