1. Installation of mounting device and power supply connection for PIVOT EFB must be in accordance with Sabena Technics BGC Master Data List Number 10008-01-A-MDL-R04, dated March 4, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions. For “forward-fit” solution: The cockpit arrangement and installed equipment, in the area of installation, must be in TC holder equivalent configuration. For “retrofit” solution: Legacy STC FAA ST03910NY / SNT BGC 0689-01 “Mechanical & electrical installation for personal tablet computer on E190 family aircraft” must be embodied.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Sabena Technics BGC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Number 10008-01-A-ICA-R02, dated March 4, 2024, or later EASA accepted revisions.
3. Operation must be in accordance with Sabena Technics BGC Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement Number 10008-01-A-AFMS-R05, dated July 19, 2023, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Sabena Technics BGC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.
3. Operation must be in accordance with "Limitations" section of Sabena Technics BGC Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.
4. The Installation of the USB power connection option is limited to the ERJ 190-100/ -200.
5. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the FAA certification basis for the Embraer S.A. ERJ 190 models is as follows:
