1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This approval is limited to only the installation made in MHI RJ Aviation ULC, CL-600-2B19, Serial No.7548.

This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

1. The modification and installation of Cabin Sound Proofing Material must be carried out in accordance with Can-Am Aerospace Master Document List 25-24-10-003, Revision NC, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved November 18, 2024, or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Can-Am Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 25-24-10-004, Revision NC, dated November 18, 2024, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified MHI RJ Aviation ULC, CL-600-2B19, is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC, CL-600-2B19, is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC, CL-600-2B19, for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS A21EA-1 with the following exception:
