1. Activation of WiFi/LTE Cabin Network must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Master Data List Number 0908-01-A-MDL-R01, Revision 01, dated April 3, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Number 0908-01-A-ICA-R01, Revision 01, dated November 19, 2019, or later EASA accepted revisions.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Operation must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement Number 0908-01-A-AFMS-R01, Revision 1, dated October 21, 2019, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Aeroconseil Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.
3. Operation must be in accordance with "Limitations" section of Aeroconseil Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.
4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
5. Accomplishment of this STC requires the previous accomplishment of the following modification:
- Mechanical & Electrical provisions, Minor Change Approval 0897-02-A-MCA-R01, Revision 1, or later approved revisions.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the FAA certification basis for the Airbus SAS models A318 and A319 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS A28NM Revision 46 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS A28NM Revision 46 for parts changed or affected by the change plus:
14 CFR Part 25 Amendment 25-122: §§ 25.1, 25.23, 25.29, 25.601, 25.1301,
25.1307, 25.1309, 25.1351, 25.1353, 25.1360, 25.1431, 25.1529, 25.1541, 25.1581.
