1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Models.

1. Installation of Gogo AVANCE L5/LX5 System must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Master Data List, MDL24011-1, Revision 1, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved August 7, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS24011-1, Revision 1, TCCA approved August 8, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA24011-1, Revision 1, document dated August 7, 2024, or later TCCA accepted revision.
