3. The GPS interfaced to the EGPWS must meet the performance requirements of TSO-C129a or any revision of TSO-C145, TSO-C146, or TSO-C196 as a prerequisite or co-requisite modification in accordance with any revision of ASC-186, ASC-209, or equivalent.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR 21.101, 21.115 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for Gulfstream Model GV is as follow:
a. 14 CFR Part 25 amendments 25-1 through 25-81 except for paragraphs which are complied with at the identified amendment levels in the TCDS with the special conditions, equivalent safety findings, exemptions, optional design standards, and environmental standards as defined by the FAA in TCDS A12EA .
