The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Aerocon Engineering Company Maintenance Manual Supplement Document No. MMS-ASA350-2159, Revision NC, dated July 25, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

Certification Basis:

For the model A350-941 airplane, the certification basis is 14 CFR part 25, effective February 1, 1965, including Amendments 25-1 through 25-129.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
