2) A copy of this AML Supplemental Type Certification (STC) must be included in the permanent record of the modified aircraft.

3) If the holder agrees to permit a person to use this certification to alter a product, the holder must give this person written evidence of that permission.

4) Delta Flight Products Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 24D11R009, Rev -, dated October 07, 2025 or later approved revision is a required part of this AML STC for the Boeing fleet aircraft and must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.

5) For 757-200 aircraft fleet (Ship No. 6801-6817), installation of interior STC # ST11899AT is required prior to the installation of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Boeing fleet aircraft listed in FAA Approved Model List No. 24D11AML001, dated December 09, 2025, is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for each Boeing aircraft model identified in the AML is as shown on its respective FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this modification since the reference date of application, December 17, 2024, is based upon 14 CFR Part 25 at Amendment 25-89.

This amendment level was selected to encompass all aircraft models listed in FAA Approved Model List No. 24D11AML001, dated December 09, 2025, and was applied consistently across all models for changed or affected parts. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be: (Cont'd) 3 4 Add Page
