This type design change has a prerequisite installation of a Gogo Business Aviation AVANCE L5/X3 System in accordance with Duncan Aviation STC ST02032WI installed on or before March 28, 2024.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this design change is the 14 CFR Part 25 requirements as defined in TCDS T00005NY, Revision 12, for the Bombardier Inc., BD-100-1A10 aircraft, and Duncan Aviation STC ST02032WI.

Equivalent Levels of Safety:

Equivalent Level of Safety Memorandum ST06941WI-T-25.251 in lieu of 14 CFR 25.251(b).
