Description of Type Design Change (continued):
1) Master Data List, 0910-01-A-MDL-R09, revision 09 dated June 6, 2025, or later revision approved/accepted under the EASA system.
2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), 0910-01-A-ICA-R07, revision 07 dated June 10, 2025, or later revision approved/accepted under the EASA system.
3) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, 0910-01-A-AFMS-R03, revision 03 dated July 18, 2024, or later revision approved/accepted under the EASA system.
4) This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for Models identified above.
5) The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the airplane flight manual supplement referenced in the Description section.
6) The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the airworthiness limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description section.
7) Previous installation of EASA STC 10080048 (AEC ref. 0887-03) “Structure Reinforcement Common Design for ARINC 791 Large Antenna Installation on Airbus Single Aisle”. FAA validated as ST11885IB approved 01/24/2025.
8) Previous installation of Minor Change 0909-01-A-MCA-R04 “Airframe provisions for Ka-band equipment installation” revision 04, or later revision approved/accepted under the EASA system.
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified A318/A319 models is as follows:
