(See Continuation Sheet 3) 09/05/2023 06/30/2025 John Yoo Manager, International Validation Branch Compliance & Airworthiness Division Aircraft Certification Service 3 Installation of LATAM 787-9 Cabin Reconfiguration must be in accordance with the "Master Data List" section provided in Boeing Ireland Change/Repair Approval, BIL-00213-APP, Revision 09, dated November 1, 2024, or later EASA approved revision.
Maintenance in accordance with Boeing Ireland Instructions for Continued Airworthiness BIL-00213-ICA01, Revision 03, dated June 18 2024, or later EASA accepted revision.
Operation in accordance with Boeing Ireland Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement BIL-00213-AFM01, Revision 01, dated June 30, 2023, or later EASA approved revision.
These Boeing Global Service (BGS) TC Service Bulletins must be implemented prior to the installation of this STC at the Issue level shown or later approved Issue level:
- B787-81205-SB250283-00, Issue 01, dated April 12, 2022 and B787-81205-SB250286-00, Issue 002, dated August 15, 2023 to modify the door 3 from a Type ‘A’ to a Type ‘C’ exit.
- BGS TC Service Bulletins B787-81205-SB440251-00, Issue 001, dated March 10, 2023 and B787-81205-SB440252-00, Issue 002, dated October 25 2023 for changes to Cabin Service Systems, WELS, Option Selection Software and Circuit Breaker Indication and Control.
The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the flight manual supplement referenced in the Description section.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This STC does not cover the activation of the Panasonic Inflight Entertainment System (IFES) Video Control System (VCS) and Enhanced Cell Modem (P/N: RD-AA8190-01), component of the Panasonic eXConnect IFE system.
