ST12076CH 08/01/25 Description of Type Design Change (Continued):

The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document number 34-3689-07 Revision NC, dated August 20, 2024 or later FAA accepted revision.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 34-3689-06 Revision NC, approved July 29, 2025, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the De Havilland DHC-8-400 Series aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the De Havilland DHC-8-400 series aircraft is shown on TCDS A13NM for parts not changed or not affected by this change.

b. The certification basis for the parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, April 15, 2024, is based on TCDS A13NM and the following:
