Certification Basis:
The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this design change is the 14 CFR Part 25 requirements as defined in TCDS T00012WI, Revision 17, for the 680 aircraft, and Duncan Aviation STC ST01608WI-D.
In addition, the applicant has voluntarily complied with the following 14 CFR Part 25 regulations, effective February 1, 1965, as amended by the amendments stated:
