1. The installer must determine whether this design is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. Installation shall be maintained in accordance with Lynden Air Cargo “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for Carbon Fiber Brakes, Lock-Ring Wheels, & Mark IV Antiskid Installed on Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company Model 382G ‘Hercules’ Airplane”, Doc. No. ICA-1145-02, Rev IR, dated June 20, 2025, or later FAA accepted revision.
3. Lynden Air Cargo “Airplane Flight Manual Supplement” Doc. No. AFMS-1145-01, Rev IR, dated August 13, 2025, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this installation.
