The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document number A24339P-617 Revision A, dated June 3, 2025 or later FAA accepted revision.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Embraer S.A. EMB-550 aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Embraer S.A. EMB-550 aircraft is shown on TCDS TC00062IB for parts not changed or not affected by this change.
b. The certification basis for the parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, September 6, 2024, is based on TCDS TC00062IB and the following:
