2)A copy of this Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) must be included in the permanent record of the modified aircraft.

3)If the holder agrees to permit a person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give this person written evidence of that permission.

4)Delta Flight Products Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 23D25R009 Rev -, dated June 2, 2025 or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC for the Boeing 737-8/-800 and must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.

5)TCCA STC #SA18-15, Issue 3 for B/E Aerospace Collins Replacement Aft Lavatories is required to be installed in conjunction with this modification for Groups 8-10.

6)TCCA STC # SA25-56 for B/E Aerospace Collins G2 Galley and Overhead Stowage bin for Groups 9-10.

7)Boeing SB 737-11-1380, dated January 27,2025 to modify Cargo Loading Limit Placard must be embodied as a prerequisite to this STC for all 737-800 aircraft.

8)Installation of EEPLS must be performed in accordance with STG Aerospace STC Aerospace STC # ST04562NY fro Group 9.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this Boeing 737-800/737-8 airplane is as shown on TCDS A16WE for parts not change or not affected by the change.

The certification for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, June12, 2024 is based upon 14 CFR Part 25 Amendment Level as specified in TCDS A16WE, except for those regulations listed below, for which compliance was demonstrated to later amendment level than specified in TCDS A16WE. Based on 14 CFR §§
