1. Installation of Side Rails Extension from Frame 35 to Frame 36 on ATR 72 cargo airplanes in accordance with PMV Engineering Master Document List Document Number P2F-00550-MDL-S01-R01, Revision 01, dated July 31, 2025, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance in accordance with PMV Engineering Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number P2F-00550-ICA-R00, Revision 00, dated May 21, 2025, or later EASA accepted revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document listed under the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.

3. The installation of the passengers to freighter conversion FAA STC ST01761NY is a prerequisite for this configuration. This STC is also compatible with and can be installed on ATR72-600F version aircraft.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
