1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

1. Installation of the Gogo Galileo HDX must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Master Data List, MDL24058-1 Revision 2, dated March 21, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS24058-1 Revision 1, dated March 20, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Sky Service Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA24058-1 Revision 1, dated March 20, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.

4. Operation must be in accordance with the Operating Limitations section of the flight manual supplement identified in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.

5. Maintenance must be in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness identified in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC, TCCA approved April 2, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
