1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The -3 configuration of STC ST03399AT must be installed prior to or concurrently with this STC.

The FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) CE500000021 revision (-), dated December 15, 2025, or later FAA approved revision is required and must be carried in the aircraft on all flights.
Certification Basis:
Gulfstream GV-SP Type Certificate Basis, 14 CFR 25, effective February 1, 1965, including Amendments 25-1 through 25-98 as defined by the FAA TCDS A12EA Rev 53, dated November 2, 2022.
Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulation: 14 CFR 25.773(a)(2) at Amendment 25-72, Pilot Compartment View documented in ELOS Memorandum # SA00767MC-T-S-1-GV-SP.
