1. Installation of Cabin Modification in accordance with Jet Aviation AG Master Data List Number JBSL-M-03920MDL-001, Issue B, dated December 1, 2025, or later EASA approved revisions. This modification reconfigures the existing First Class Area to a Majlis Area and replace previous seats with new ones in the Business Class Area.

2. Maintenance in accordance with Jet Aviation AG Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number JBSL-M-03920ICA-001, Issue B, dated November 11, 2025, or later EASA accepted revision.

3. Operation in accordance with Jet Aviation AG Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Document Number JBSL-M-03920AFM-001, Issue D, dated December 15, 2025, or later EASA approved revision.

2. Embodiment of FAA STC ST12059IB is a prerequisite to the installation of this STC.

3. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitation Section of the Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement listed in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:
