1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Demonstration of TPED Tolerance must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Ltd. Modification Data Summary R244000 Revision NC, dated October 16, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with the following:
a. For Challenger 604 aircraft: Airplane Flight Manual Supplement R244090 Revision NC, TCCA approved October 15, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
b. For Challenger 605 aircraft: Airplane Flight Manual Supplement R244091 Revision NC, TCCA approved October 15, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
c. For Challenger 650 aircraft: Airplane Flight Manual Supplement R244092 Revision NC, TCCA approved October 15, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model including Challenger 604, Challenger 605, and Challenger 650 designations.
4. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
5. This STC does not constitute an operational approval for the use of portable electronic devices (PED) on board. Operational approval must be obtained by the responsible airworthiness authority.
6. This STC does not constitute installation approval of a wireless radio frequency system using wireless data technologies. It only provides data that may partially support its installation or activation.
7. Any modification to the basic aircraft configuration may require re-evaluation of TPED tolerance.
