1. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model-Series (B767-300F) with the Large Format Display System major design change installed.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. FedEx Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Engineering Report No. 23-051, Revision -, dated March 16, 2026, or later FAA-approved revision, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

5. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), FedEx Engineering Report No. 23-041, Revision A, dated April 8, 2025, or later FAA accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

6. Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, FedEx Engineering Report No. 23-041, Revision A, dated April 8, 2025, Section 3.2.2, or later FAA approved revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

7. FedEx STC ST04174AT must be installed prior to or concurrently with this installation.

Certification Basis:

14 CFR Part 25 Regulations Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 767-300F series aircraft modified by the installation of the SAVED System is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Boeing Model 767-300F series aircraft with the advanced regulations from the Large Format Display System major design change as shown on TCDS A1NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, June 28, 2023, is based upon part 25 as amended by amendment 25-37 and the amendment levels from the Large Format Display System major design change. Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and FAA policy for significant level changes in FAA Order 8100.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
