1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of Laseref V Inertial Reference System must be in accordance with Avmax Engineering Order CE457-401, Issue D, dated March 25, 2026, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Avmax Flight Manual Supplement CE457-801, Issue B, dated December 8, 2022 or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avmax Maintenance Manual Supplement CE457-701, Issue D, dated March 25, 2026, or later TCCA accepted revision.
4. Definition of the Type Design Change: Avmax Master Data List CE457-900, Issue E, dated March 25, 2026 or later TCCA approved revision.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
Note: This STC does not require a new or revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2D24 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2D24 is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2D24 for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS A21EA-1 with the following exceptions:
