1. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the aircraft model.

2. This STC installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

DESIGN GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) DF7X-QCM26-001-M1-ICA, Revision 1, dated July 24, 2024, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitation Section of the ICA listed in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis The certification basis for this modification is based upon Part 25 as specified in Type Certificate Data Sheet for the Dassault Aviation Falcon 7X Transport Category aircraft (TCDS A59NM), more specifically for areas changed or affected by the design change, for which the certification basis is the following:
