1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

1. Water System Modifications to be completed in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Modification Data Summary P347000 Revision NC, dated March 19, 2026 or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Bombardier Instructions for Continued Airworthiness BAS63058138-ICA Basic Issue, dated January 15, 2026, or later TCCA accepted revision.
4. An aircraft interior must be installed in accordance with approved or specified data as a prerequisite to this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Bombardier Inc. CL-600-1A11 (600), CL-600-2A12 (601), CL-600-2B16 (601-3A, 601-3R, 604 Variants) is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Bombardier Inc. CL-600-1A11 (600), CL-600-2A12
(601), CL-600-2B16 (601-3A, 601-3R, 604 Variants) is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Bombardier Inc. CL-600-1A11 (600), CL-600-2A12
(601), CL-600-2B16 (601-3A, 601-3R, 604 Variants) for parts changed or affected by the change is per the CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant) certification basis as shown on TCDS A21EA.
