1. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the applicable make and model.

1. Installation of ACRO Series 6 ‘X’ passenger seats in 189Y seating configuration in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Master Document List MDL/1820-001, Issue 13, dated April 28, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Aircraft Manual Supplements:

- For serial numbers 60388, 61862, 44624: AMS/1820-001, Issue 2, dated October 25, 2024, or later EASA accepted revisions.

- For serial number 62958:AMS/1820-002, Issue 2, dated January 15, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

- For serial number 65284 and 65285:AMS/1820-003, Issue 1, dated February 2, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. The following are Concurrent/Prerequisite requirements for this STC on airplanes with a complete passenger cabin:

a) Eirtech Aviation Services minor changes approved by EASA DOA:

- ERT/CNG/1810 (Optional): B737-8 MAX ACRO Series 6 Seat installation.

- ERT/CNG/174 (Concurrent): B737-8 Cabin Reconfiguration from 186Y to 189Y.

- ERT/CNG/1833 (Prerequisite): Interior Placards and Exit Lens change on B737 MAX.

3. The following are Concurrent/Prerequisite requirements for this STC on airplanes with an incomplete passenger cabin: Both a) and b) or c) only.

a) The following changes delivered by Boeing as part of the Zero PAX configuration that are Prerequisite requirements for this STC:

- 25-27-15-03: Carpet Installation.

- 33-51-15-18: EEPMS.

- LOPA-378-6974: PSU Layout (PSU layout is configured based on the LOPA drawing).

- LOPA-378-6974: Delivery LOPA.

b) The following minor change approved by a 3rd party EASA DOA that is a Concurrent requirement for this STC:

- SB 737_550-12-19: Dual Language Interior Placards (ENG/POL).

- Or -

c) The following Boeing installation configurations that are Prerequisite requirements for this STC:

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
