1. Starlink External Provisions - Aerodynamic Shroud System Installation in accordance with Boeing Ireland Limited Change / Repair Approval BIL-00284-APP, Revision 14, dated July 28, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance in accordance with Boeing Ireland Limited ICA and Manual Summary Report:

BIL-00284-ICA01, Revision 03, dated June 11, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

BIL-00284-ICA02, Revision 01, dated June 12, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

BIL-00284-ICA03, Revision 03, dated June 11, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

BIL-00284-ICA04, Revision 01, dated June 12, 2026, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. This STC is applicable to serial numbers 34821 to 34830, 34832, 34834 to 34838, 35439, 35440, 35879, 36400, 38319 to 38348, 38609 to 38615, 38619, 42378, 42379, 60626, and 60629 to 60631 for the applicable Make and Model.

3. Maintenance must be done in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitation (AWL) documents listed in the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for this modification is based upon Part 25 as specified in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) T00021SE, except for areas changed or affected by the design change, for which the certification basis is the TCDS plus:

1. 14 CFR Part 25 Regulations at Amendment 25-119: 25.1309 14 CFR Part 26 Regulations at Amendment 26-5: 26.11, 26.21, 26.37, 26.43, 26.45

2. Equivalent Level of Safety (ELOS) finding for 14 CFR 21.21(b)(1), 25.251(b) and (d):

FAA ELOS Memo ST21420IB-T -25.251, "Vibration/buffeting compliance criteria for large external antenna installation".

This modification has been substantiated to be a no acoustic change in accordance with 14 CFR 21.93(b).
