1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of Cockpit Voice Recorder with optional RIPS Upgrade must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Master Drawing List MDL20044 Rev AD, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved July 28, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Mid-Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS20044-1 Rev D, TCCA approved July 17, 2025 or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Mid-Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA20044-1 Rev R, dated July 09, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
