1. Potable Water System Tank Usable Volume Change, from 40 U.S. gallon to 60 U.S. gallon capacity in accordance with Installation Manual No. D401A608, Rev. A, dated October 29, 2025, or later Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC) approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement No. D633A127, Rev. New, dated January 22, 2026, or later ANAC accepted revision.

3. Definition of Type Design Change: Master Document List No. D401A487 Rev B dated January 26, 2026 or later ANAC approved revision.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Boeing 737-8 model aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 model aircraft is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 model aircraft for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS A16WE.
