Replacement of existing Flight Data Recorder installed per STC ST61NY with AlliedSignal Expanded Parameter Flight Data Recorder, P/N 980-4100-GQUS per Canard Aerospace Corporation Document Control Drawing No. 40010, Rev. NC, dated April 20, 1994 or later FAA approved revision.
1) The aircraft must be previously modified per STC ST61NY, prior to the incorporation of this STC.
2) This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
