Installation of Genstar E-9000-1 Sidewall Electronic Equipment Rack in the cargo hold area per GTE Airfone Inc.
Drawing List No. AFA40-1034-00, Rev. 2, dated May 25, 1994, or later Approved revisions.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. Each shelf is designed for a maximum weight of 130 pounds of equipment.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
