Part 4b of the Civil Air Regulations.

Installation of Pyrotector, Inc., smoke detectors in accordance with AVTEC Dwgs. F20-067W51, Rev. A, dated 10/23/93, and F20-067F051, No Revision, dated 10/4/93. The installation of extended emergency controls in accordance with AVTEC reports F20-067A289, Rev. B, dated January 13, 1995, and F20-067A290, No Revision, dated 10/13/93, or later FAA approved revision.

FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated 2/3/95, or later FAA approved revisions are a required part of this STC.

An operational check of the extended emergency controls must be performed for each installation. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
