1. Live TV Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 75SK8002-AFM, Original Issue, dated April 10, 2015, or later FAA approved revisions, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for the 757-300, Live TV Document Number 753K8002-NCA Revision B, dated March 19, 2015, or later FAA accepted revisions, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Supplemental EWIS Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Live TV Document Number 75SN8001-EWI Revision C, dated March 25, 2014, or later approved FAA revisions shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

4. Required structural inspections for compliance with CFR 25.571 on the 757-300 are listed in the Airworthiness Limitations Section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 753K8002-NCA Revision B, dated March 19, 2015, or later FAA approved revisions.

5. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

7. In accordance with the FAA Los Angeles Aircraft Certification Office letter 140L-14-293a, June 5, 2015, this modification is FAA approved as an Alternate Method of Compliance (AMOC) to paragraph (k)(3) of Airworthiness Directives (AD) 2012-12-15.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 757-300 series aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Boeing 757-300 series airplane is shown on TCDS A2NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, April 20, 2012, is based upon part 25 as amended by amendment 25-85. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and
