Installation of cargo rail system in accordance with Brooks & Perkins, Inc., Drawing 91069-100, Revision D, dated September 29, 1986, and drawing list 91069 DL, Revision C, dated October 6, 1986, or subsequent FAA approved revision.
1) The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the Lockheed Models 382 and 382B airplanes only.
2) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
