Installation of Universal Navigation Corporation UNS-1B+ Flight Management System, with software level (SCN) 603.x and GPS-1000 GPS Sensor with software level (SCN) 10.x, in accordance with Kal-Aero Drawing List KA9611-11R, Revision A, dated April 28, 1998, or later FAA approved revision.

1. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manua l Supplement, KA9611-15R, Revision A, dated April 28, 1998, FAA approved June 4, 1998, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously appr oved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
