KA9705-01R, Revision A, dated July 15, 1997, FAA approved August 8, 1997 or later approved revision.

1. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, KA9705-05R, Revision Ø, dated May 1, 1997, FAA approved August 8, 1997, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously appr oved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
