Master Drawing List Document Number 06010050, Rev. IR dated June 05, 2007, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Blackhawk Modification Inc. Flight Manual Supplement No. AFMS 06010102, Rev. IR dated September 18, 2007, or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness are contained in Blackhawk Modifications Inc. Document Number 06010105, Rev. A dated June 5, 2007.

Limitations and Conditions : The installer must determine whether the design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
