1) Install wiring provisions only for the Primex EMPOWER system in passenger cabin to provide power at passenger seats per ECO S0477XX dated 4/14/98 and six Prototype Revision Forms 7721-6 dated 7/30/98, 7/31/98, 7/31/98, 8/5/98, 8/5/98 and 8/5/98 or later DAS1SW approved revisions of each

2) Complete the Primex Empower system in the passenger cabin in accordance with ECO S0448XX dated 8/14/98 and four Prototype Revision Forms 7721-6 dated 9/15/98 or later JAS1SW approved revisions of each.

This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model until compatibility of this modification with previously approved modifications has been determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. ECO S0477 (wiring provisions) may be installed separately or -in conjunction with ECO S0448.
