Description of Type Design Change: Install passenger seats, supporting structure, personal task lighting, and Primex EMPOWER system per: ECO C1595XX, da ted 9/4/98 with Prototype Revision Form 7721-6, dated 9/22/98; ECO C1597DX, dated 9/4/98 with Pr ototype Revision Form 7721-6, dated 9/22/98; ECO C1643XX, dated 9/4/98, with one Prototype Revision Form 7721-6 dated 9/18/98, two Prototype Revision Forms 7721-6 dated 9/22/98 and three Prototype Re vision Forms 7721-6 dated 9/23/98; and ECO C2043XX dated 2/22/02 with Prototype Revision Form 7721 -7 dated 5/15/02, or later ODA-700094-SW approved revisions of each.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be incorpor ated in any aircraft of this specific model until compatibility of this modification with prev iously approved modificati ons has been determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
