Limitations and Conditions: (Continued) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The equipment for which these provisions are intended has not been certified. Additional FAA approval is required for the installation of this equipment, and the installation must be evaluated to assure satisfactory compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards.

Any change to this configuration will make the STC void.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Dassault 2000EX series airplane is as follows:

a. The certification basis for parts not changed or affected by the change is as shown in TC DS A50NM.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the date of application, April 24, 2013, is as shown in TCDS A50NM plus later amendment levels for the following paragraphs:
