SDR SAJFCALS102001Leaf Spring · malfunctioned(B-18251) ACFT FAILED A 1L DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE DEPLOYMENT THAT WAS PART OF THE REF B SCHEDULED SAMPLING PROGRAM.
