FOUND IMPULSE ASSY LOOSE ON SHAFT. NUT HAD WORN THREADS ON SHAFT EVEN THOUGH COTTER PIN WAS STILL IN PLACE. WOODRUFF KEYS HAD BEEN CUT NEARLY IN HALF. SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS THE SECOND MAGNETO/IMPULSE ASSY FOUND TO HAVSDR 98ZZZX2288Impulse Coupling · wornAPPROXIMATE TIME ON COMPONENT 450 HOURS. NOTED ONE PAWL WORN MORE THAN THE OTHER, .130 INCH AS COMPARED TO .100 INCH. NOTE, .150 INCH MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY SLICK.
