From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: the aircraft landed after a pleasure flight and taxied to the parking area. Upon shutdown it was noticed that the tip of one blade on left engine propeller was bent. Investigation determined that a taxi way light was struck where the aircraft exited the runway, causing the damaged propeller. The pilot reported that the incident occurred at dusk, the taxiway lights were very dim or off and no impact was felt during landing, rollout, or taxi. The damage to the aircraft was limited to the propeller. This incident is closed with this report.
