From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: pilot requested a down wind departure which gave him a 12 knot tail wind component. As a result, aircraft did not accelerate as fast as the pilot expected and was accustomed. Thinking he wasn't developing sufficient power for takeoff, the pilot mistakenly aborted the takeoff, causing the aircraft to run off the departure end of the runway. The aircraft was damaged as a result, sheering the left main gear, nose wheel, left wing tip, flap, stabilizer and structure. Aircraft removed to falcon aeromotive, Lawrence Municipal Airport, no. andover, MA. No reported injury, no property damage to other than the aircraft, which was rented from executive flyers, bedford, MA. NTSB considered this an "incident". privacy data omitted
