From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: pilot stated that on March 10, 1995, during cruise flight between Oklahoma city and lancaster, Texas with no indications of possible maintenance problems, suddenly, the aircraft developed a vibration. He immediately closed the throttle and feathered the propeller on the left engine. Once the propeller came to a stop, he then diverted his flight to Ardmore airpark in Ardmore, OK. After landing, it was noted that one propeller blade had separated from the propeller hub in flight. The vibration broke the engine mounts and caused damage to the nacelle area. A malfunction or defect report will be submitted. This incident is closed.
