What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Narrative: had repositioned aircraft to fuel pump after fueling Mr. Hudson was going to prop the engine to start. He had another person standing on the ground at the door to assist. The engine did not start at first. Mr. Hudson asked the person assisting to advance the throttle a little. The engine started and the aircraft started to move. The assistant held the side of the aircraft which caused it to move in a circle. An aircraft next to it was struck. Minor damage to both.
