From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: during landing roll out pilot said that the landing gear collapsed. After landing on runway 5 at Anniston airport. Mechanic mark morrison & Mr. Denton, both employees of Anniston executive aviation, stated that upon arrival at the scene the landing gear selector switch was in the "up" position. All 3 gear were retracted, with damage to belly skins, gear doors, and left wing. Inspection of aircraft completed on 4-18-95 found landing gear retract system components, damaged from side load by retraction. No components showed damage from collapsing. The cause appears to be pilot error. This will close this incident.
