From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-16) This accident occurred as a result of a foreign regulated airport. Pic's attempt to land was within the performance criteria of the Cessna citation. However, the lip of the asphalt runway is 5" to 6" above the ground/coral rock undersurface of the asphalt. Vegetation in close proximity to the runway causes a burble effect just prior to touchdown in a crosswind condition. A sudden loss of lift coupled with the "curb" created by the asphalt at the runway's beginning edge contributed to an unexpected impact with the runway's beginning edge by the right landing gear.
